When and where is the wedding?
Our wedding will take place on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Longleaf Vineyard in Marshall, North Carolina, just outside of Asheville. The ceremony will begin at one thirty in the afternoon.
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal. We invite you to dress in elevated garden / vineyard attire.
What should this feel like?
Relaxed, romantic, and effortless. We’ve imagined a day that feels like an exhale—unhurried, intentional, and full of the people we love most.
What is the schedule for the day?
1:30 PM – 2:00 PM — Ceremony
2:00 PM – 4:30 PM — Live music, light bites, drinks, wine tasting, and more to follow
4:30 PM — Head over to Iron Works Reception Lounge at The Flat Iron Hotel in downtown Asheville
5:00 PM — Intimate dinner to follow at the Iron Works Reception Lounge at The Flat Iron Hotel in downtown Asheville
How will the day unfold?
We’ll start with the ceremony, then ease into an afternoon of wine, music, and time together. No rush, no strict structure—just space to celebrate and be present.
As the evening approaches, we’ll gather again for an intimate dinner in the city.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony and daytime celebration will be outdoors, surrounded by the natural beauty of the vineyard. We recommend comfortable footwear suitable for grass and uneven ground.
Will there be parking at the venue?
Yes, parking will be available at the venue for guests.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the venue, though it is not required. For full details, please visit the Transportation page located in the main menu.
Where should we stay?
We recommend staying in downtown Asheville, close to everything. We’ve reserved a small room block for you at the Flat Iron Hotel—details can be found on Where to Stay page. If you choose to stay somewhere else we highly recommend staying at one of the very many amazing hotels in downtown Asheville.
What airport should I fly into?
The closest airport is Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), approximately 15 min from downtown Asheville. Alternatively, Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is about a 2-hour drive.
Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, this will be mainly an adults-only celebration.
Can we bring a guest?
Because our wedding is intentionally small, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.
What about gifts?
Your presence means the world to us—truly. If you’d like to give beyond that, please visit our registry page.
