⚠️ Important: If you plan to use Uber, Lyft, or another rideshare service to travel to or from the wedding, please share the following instructions with your driver before arriving at Longleaf Vineyard.

1. Rideshare vehicles may not park, wait, or stage on property.

2. Your driver should communicate with you before arriving so you can be ready and waiting.

3. If you are not present when your driver arrives, the driver may be asked to continue around the one-way loop and return.

4. Longleaf Vineyard staff cannot locate guests or wait with guests for their rideshare vehicle.

5. Please keep your phone nearby and be attentive to calls or messages from your driver.

6. The Guest Drop-Off/Pick-Up Area must remain accessible for the Longleaf shuttle and other vehicles.

7. Please be considerate of our residential neighbors by driving slowly, observing posted speed limits, and keeping noise to a minimum.

Please Share These Directions With Your Driver Before Arriving.

Please drive slowly and carefully when approaching and entering Longleaf Vineyard as portions of the road are gravel.

The venue is located within a residential area, and we kindly ask all drivers to be respectful of our neighbors by observing posted speed limits and keeping noise to a minimum.

After entering through the metal gates, the road will split into three directions.

1. Turn LEFT toward the Events & Tours area.

2. Do not proceed in any other direction. Longleaf Vineyard has a ONE-WAY traffic loop, and following the correct route is important for maintaining traffic flow.

3. Continue toward the top of the property to the designated Guest Drop-Off/Pick-Up Area.

4. Once you have dropped off your passenger, please continue around the one-way loop and exit through the metal gates.

5. Passengers should have your belongings ready and be prepared to exit the vehicle promptly upon arrival.

Please Plan Your Ride in Advance

Arranging your return ride in advance is VERY important.

Longleaf Vineyard does NOT have a designated staging or waiting area for Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare vehicles.

Drivers cannot park or wait on property while waiting for guests, and should not block any residential properties leading up to the venue.

Please request your ride based on your anticipated departure time and be waiting at the designated Guest Drop-Off/Pick-Up Area when your driver arrives.

When Your Driver Arrives for Pick-up:

1. Enter through the metal gates.

2. Proceed LEFT toward the Events & Tours area.

3. Follow the ONE-WAY LOOP to the Guest Drop-Off/Pick-Up Area.

4. Meet your driver at the designated area and depart promptly.
